Drive Delivery Excellence for Strategic Customers

We are looking for a Global Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure best-in-class delivery performance for our strategic semiconductor OEM customers.

In this key role, you will act as the central interface between customers, sales organizations, and production sites worldwide, ensuring alignment of forecasts, capacity, and execution across our global network. Your objective is clear: secure reliable delivery performance (OTD > 99%) in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Your Role

• Demand & Capacity Alignment

• Review and challenge sales forecasts to ensure accuracy
• Align global demand with production capacity across sites
• Ensure consistency between forecast, order book, and delivery commitments

• Delivery Performance & Monitoring

• Track and improve On-Time Delivery (OTD)
• Define and manage relevant KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
• Provide regular updates on performance, risks, and action plans

• Customer Interface & Escalation Management

• Act as the primary supply chain contact for key semiconductor customers
• Lead operational reviews (weekly/monthly)
• Manage escalations and drive resolution with internal stakeholders

• Risk Management & Continuous Improvement

• Identify supply chain risks (capacity, logistics, demand variability)
• Implement mitigation plans and corrective actions
• Lead root cause analyses (e.g. 4M) and drive continuous improvement

• Global Coordination

• Ensure alignment between Sales, Market Managers, Key Accounts, and Production
• Facilitate decision-making across regions and functions
• Act as a key link between customer expectations and operational execution

Your Profile

• Experience in supply chain planning, order management, or customer operations in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of forecasting, capacity planning, and delivery performance (OTD)
• Analytical and structured mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence without authority
• Customer-oriented, resilient, and solution-driven
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
