SUMMARY
Responsible for providing manufacturing technical support for returned valve products. Receives direction on assignments from Service Manager, Product Managers as well as the RMA Coordinator.

Duties
- Follow precise routine instructions.
- Document the mechanical and testing processes.
- Evaluate and repair returned projects.
- Prepare, input, and maintain specific data, in written or spreadsheet format.
- Prepare internal written correspondence.

25% inside, climate / noise-controlled office, and 75% manufacturing environment; lifting to 50 lbs., and 100 lbs. on occasion with assistance. Eye, hearing, and Cleanroom protective clothing may be required.
Tasks require walking, sitting, bending, reaching, mobility, frequent lifting and pushing/pulling. Work requires computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and data-entry), attention to detail and accuracy. Communication skills including listening and speaking are required for interaction with other employees, vendors, and customers. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to balance multiple tasks and any stress associated with the duties and responsibilities of this position are essential requirements in the performance of this job.

General Qualifications
- Good organizational and time-management skills in order to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communicate verbally and in writing with coworkers and other departmental personnel in a professional and positive manner.
- Limited technical writing skills to include the preparation of test reports.
- Requires the ability to work with others in the department to share specific knowledge of products, processes, and/or procedures in order to continuously make improvements.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Ability to effectively use M/S Office, Word, or Excel (or their equivalent).
Education and/or Experience
Any combination of education and training, equivalent to graduation from High School, would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.
Minimum of 12 months in manufacturing experience.
Language Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Mathematical Skills
Advanced mathematics skills.
Reasoning Ability
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and/or priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.
