SUMMARY
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the timely movement and availability of materials to support production schedules. This entry-level role directly supports the Production Control team by monitoring stock levels, processing inventory transactions, and assisting in the coordination of material flow throughout the production process.

Duties
- Receives materials from Manufacturing and Receiving; issues materials from Stores to Manufacturing; and makes internal deliveries.
- Works closely with the other departments to ensure timely and accurate shipment of materials to our customers.
- Issue materials to production based on work orders and ensure timely staging of kits and components.
- Perform accurate data entry for inventory transactions, including stock movements, issues, and operation confirmations in the ERP or inventory management system.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper labeling of stock areas and storage locations.
- Follow all company inventory procedures and safety protocols while handling materials.
- Support all required inventory control efforts.

90% inside, open warehouse environment, and 10% outside-yard environment; where temperatures during the year range from very cold (20s) in the winter, to very hot (110+) in the summer. Frequently lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance. Must wear safety glasses, safety footwear, and hearing protection where required.
This position requires regular physical activity, including walking, sitting, bending, reaching, and general mobility. Frequent lifting, as well as pushing and pulling of materials, is expected. Proficiency in computer skills—such as word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry—is essential. The role demands a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal communication, are required for interacting with coworkers, vendors, and customers. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure are critical to success in this position.

General Qualifications
- Accurately input and extract data/information using basic computer/system skills.
- Basic math skills, in order to precisely measure, weigh and count materials to ensure accurate inventory. May be required to use handheld calculator.
- Ability to read Stock Transfers, Pick Lists, and Job Packets to pull required materials from stores.
- Able to work overtime and six days per week when required.
Education and/or Experience
Any combination of education, training and experience equivalent to graduation from High School, or that would provide required knowledge, skill and ability to successfully perform the assigned job duties.
Language Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Mathematical Skills
Basic mathematics skills.
Reasoning Ability
Able to work in a fast-paced shop, with quickly changing work priorities, and with minimal interaction to complete assignments on time.

This position requires work in a factory or shop floor setting.
This position is primarily based on site at the Yreka, California facility supporting the Company’s employees and the Busch Group USA team.
