Responsibilities:

  • Interact with external customer and internal workshop operations to identify cause, and lead preventive and improvement efforts.
  • Manage and drive customer complaints to ensure effective and timely closure.
  • Perform product assurance analysis to assure that Company’s quality standards are maintained.
  • Conducts failure analysis, collects data and monitors yield and quality trends.
  • Support product and service quality reporting (Repair/Test/Trouble Report).
  • Support and follow up on TR administration (Recharging/PO/Invoicing).
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 procedures, and able to support, maintain and follow up on Company’s ISO 9001 program.
  • Any other ad-hoc projects assigned by Quality Manager.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering with 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Quality related field and/or semi-conductor industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Preferably with SAP experience.
  • Vacuum knowledge will be advantage.
  • Willing to work in a workshop environment.
  • Effective communication skill, analytical and judgemental skills required.
  • Self-starter and ability to manage, develop and execute plans and objectives in a timely and effective manner.
  • High level of integrity, discipline and self-motivated.
  • Able to work independently and in teams, and follow up tasks delegated.
  • 5-day work week.
  • Training will be provided.
