Job summary

Analyze, improve and enhance effectiveness of the Q-system on the Production shopfloor in accordance with Busch Group standards. Ensure strict compliance with quality processes throughout the manufacturing phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily and Weekly process patrols ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines regarding product manufacturing, product storage, product transportation, 5S guidelines, Lean Manufacturing, etc.
  • Conduct investigations the root causes of non-conformities in products & manufacturing processes as well as Customer complaint, and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of preventive actions & corrective actions using tools such as 8D report, Ishikawa, Brainstorming, 5 whys..
  • Manage and handle non-conforming products (Isolation, Rework and Scrap products) in accordance with regulations.
  • Prepare inspection plan follow control plan, work instruction, SOP...as well as patrol process to make sure compliance in shopfloor production.
  • Use 7 QC tool and statistical technique to analyse and do inspection data analysis frequenctly to optimize production processes.
  • Issue Weekly Quality report and Monthly Quality report to Production Manager and Quality Manager.
  • Monitor the production of prototypes and ensure the production process after the prototypes are completed is properly executed.
  • Escalate to the Production Manager and Quality Manager any non-compliance which may cause serious issued or any potential risks big affecting product quality and production processes.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
  • Knowledge in PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, 7 QC tools and measuring device.
  • Knowledge of reading circuit diagrams and technical drawings
  • A systematic and logical approach, as well as technical thinking
  • Safe handling of computer equipment (Minitab...)
  • Independent, reliable way of working and willing performance
  • Goal-oriented, flexible, motivated, team-oriented
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
