Overview
The Service Administrator is responsible for the operational and administrative management of the post-sales service process, ensuring efficient information flow between customers, service technicians, and internal company functions.
This role actively supports service planning, reporting, and invoicing activities, contributing to the achievement of high standards in customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update service orders in the ERP system (SAP / C4 CRM)
- Support the Service Manager in planning and coordinating technical service interventions
- Manage service contracts (Service Agreements) and track expiration/renewal dates
- Monitor on-site and off-site technical activities
- Issue service quotations, technical-commercial offers, and supporting documentation
- Prepare technical and administrative documentation post-intervention (technical reports, delivery notes, invoices)
- Assist in monthly reporting of service performance (KPIs, backlog, etc.)
- Maintain constant communication with customers regarding updates, complaints, and spare parts requests
- Archive service-related documentation and manage service tickets
- Serve as an operational interface between the technical team and other internal departments (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Coordinate and communicate with the Sales team and the Headquarters for alignment on service offers, strategic accounts, and contract execution
Requirements
- Degree or High school Diploma with minimum of 3 years experience.
- Previous experience in Sales/Service back-office teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP such as SAP.
Proposed contract is a for a 6 months fixed contract in our Headoffice in Paderno Dugnano (MI)
