Job Summary

The Manufacturing Engineer will possess a deep understanding of manufacturing processes both mechanical and electrical, capacity planning, quality control, and team leadership. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products, from initial pilot runs to final integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pilot Manufacturing
• Manufacturing Process Planning
• Manage Technical writers to create Manufacturing OMS Doc
• Capacity planning
• Inventory planning (small scale)
• Quality Inspection for Incoming
• Escape-Rate Control
• Final Integration
• Manage technicians for timely delivery

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing engineering, Mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in assembly/ manufacturing engineering, preferably in the electronics/ mechanical or semiconductor industry with a focus on pilot and production environments.
• Proven experience in managing manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and quality control.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience managing technical writers and creating manufacturing documentation.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
