SUMMARY
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and managing the safe, timely, and accurate handling of materials and finished products. This role leads investigations into inventory discrepancies, implements corrective actions, and partners with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and inventory integrity.

Duties
- Maintain accurate ERP inventory records by ensuring all components are properly issued to projects and consumed, resulting in accurate on-hand inventory levels.
- Receive and process inbound purchased materials and production parts into inventory.
- Lead accurate picking, staging, and delivery of production materials and finished goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate safety stock.
- Manage high-value, sensitive, or specialized materials with proper documentation and care.
- Lead and prepare for annual physical inventory; perform regular cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and support internal and external audits.
- Safely operate advanced material-handling equipment, including forklifts.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, Lean, and process improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Occasionally assist with the packing and preparation of outbound shipments
- Perform facilities-related tasks, including general upkeep and operational support

Tasks require walking, sitting, bending, reaching, mobility, frequent lifting and pushing/pulling. Work requires computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and data-entry), attention to detail and accuracy. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to balance multiple tasks and any stress associated with the duties and responsibilities of this position are essential requirements in the performance of this job. A valid driver’s license and driving record that is satisfactory to the Company must be demonstrated at hire and periodically thereafter.

General Qualifications:
Candidates must possess strong organizational abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills. Education and/or Experience
- Associates degree or Higher Required
- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain or inventory control
- 3–5 years of experience working with an ERP system
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience with SAP S/4 Hana - Preferred
- Familiarity with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) - Preferred
Language Skills
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required. This role involves regular communication through reports, emails, schedules, and other professional correspondence.
Mathematical Skills
Strong mathematical aptitude is preferred.
Reasoning Ability
The ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining structured and disciplined processes is essential. Candidates must be capable of understanding organizational requirements, solving both routine and complex problems, and adapting to situations with limited standardization.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record are required at the time of hire and throughout employment.
TOOLS AND/OR EQUIPMENT
This position requires extensive computer use, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems (SAP Preferred).
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires working in a warehouse and office environment.
