1. Maintenance and installation of vacuum pump equipment
2. Vacuum pump product maintenance, technical support service and consultation
3. Answer customer calls, respond to and deal with product problems and troubleshooting to the client
4. Maintenance report management
5. Customer relationship maintenance and management
