Key Responsibilities

  In this role, you will:

 

  • Provide technical support to field service engineers, technicians, and product support teams during equipment diagnosis and troubleshooting
  • Support customers in situations involving highly technical products or complex technical issues
  • Gather and review technical data such as equipment failures, recurring issues, and new technical findings, and summarize them for analysis
  • Create and review technical support documentation related to technical improvements, system updates, and support plans, and support their implementation in the field
  • Support technical demonstrations, including equipment setup, parameter settings, troubleshooting, and preparation of qualification reports

 

Qualifications

  What we’re looking for:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
  • More than 2 years ~ 5 years of experience in field service or technical support for vacuum pumps or semiconductor equipment OEMs
  • Good communication skills in both Korean and English
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Experience in data analysis using ERP systems is preferred
