직무개요

 Field Service Engineer는 Semi-OEM 고객사 현장에서 제품의 설치, 점검, 문제 대응 등 전반적인 기술 서비스를 수행합니다.

 아울러 고객과의 지속적인 소통과 신속하고 정확한 현장 지원을 통해 고객 만족도를 유지하고 장기적인 신뢰 관계를 구축하는 역할을 수행합니다.

주요업무

• Semi-OEM 고객사 내 설치된 제품의 서비스 지원 전반
• 신규 납품, 설치, 점검, 문제 발생에 따른 현장지원
• 제품 수리를 위한 각종 문서 작업 및 사후 작업
• 고객사의 요청에 대한 지속적인 소통 및 업무처리

자격요건

• 전문대 졸업 이상
• 운전면허 보유필수 (2종 보통 이상)
• 고객사와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 역량

우대사항

• Pfeiffer 또는 Busch 제품·부품에 대한 이해도 보유
• 이공계열 전공자, 영어가능자, 진공 관련 Field Service 경력
