Job summary
Analyze, assess, and consolidate customer quality requirements. Coordinate and handle customer complaints and feedback. Establish new customer requirements and standards to be integrated into the quality management system. Participate in and implement new product and process projects from customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in investigating, analyzing, and proposing immediate and preventive actions for customer complaints. Participate in customer meetings regarding quality, projects, training, etc.
Participate in or implement new projects related to new products and processes. - Collect new customer requirements and update them into internal procedures. Ensure that the newly updated requirements are implemented quickly and effectively.
- Approve new FAI production orders before manufacturing and approve FAI products after completion.
- Conduct risk assessments, FMEA, propose measurement and testing plans, and develop control plans for new products and processes.
- Participate in training and provide guidance to relevant departments on new products and processes.
- Coordinate with departments to drive continuous improvement, and participate in internal and customer audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Automation Mechatronics, Electrial Engineering, Mechanial Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge in PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, 7 QC tools and measuring device.
- Strong technical understanding, especially regarding assembly requirements, mechanical machining, and cleanroom standards.
- A systematic and logical approach, as well as technical thinking. Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and cross‑functional coordination.”
- Safe handling of computer equipment. Experienced in using SAP/ ERP systems.”
- Independent, reliable way of working and willing performance.
