Job Summary
The SCM Specialist is responsible for ensuring supply chain stability by conducting SAP-based MRP analysis, securing materials on time,

and managing OTD performance of domestic and global suppliers. This role optimizes inventory levels, facilitates effective communication and negotiation with suppliers,

and supports seamless procurement processes. In addition, the specialist collaborates closely with overseas intercompany entities to enhance global supply chain efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct MRP analysis and manage purchase orders (PO) in SAP
  • Manage OTD (On-Time Delivery) performance for domestic and global suppliers
  • Maintain balanced inventory levels based on demand and stock
  • Communicate and negotiate with suppliers
  • Collaborate and coordinate with overseas intercompany entities

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (Preferred majors: Logistics, International Trade, Engineering)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with understanding of Pfeiffer/Busch products and components
  • Business-level English for communication with overseas affiliates and partners
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Excel-based data analysis required)
  • Experience with SAP
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers
