Key Responsibilities

  1) Purchasing development
        - Sourcing for localization project (all over Asia)
        - Project schedule management(develop&mass production transfer)
        - Development of new suppliers and supplier audit
        - Cost management(price nego, cost saving, cost defense)
  2) Strategic Purchasing
        - Establishment of purchasing operation strategy for mid- to long-term business plan
        - Advance development through market analysis and prediction
        - Risk management (raw materials, finance, environment, conflicts between countries, geographic location, etc.)
        - Analysis and management of purchase data
        - Establishment of purchasing strategy through analysis of raw material price flow at home and abroad

Qualification

  1) Academic background: Bachelor's degree or higher
  2) Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in purchasing
  3) Preference & Must have
        - Must have high level of English skill (when meeting with global lead buyers)
        - Must have Sourcing or development purchase experience(localization of new parts and proto f/up) 
        - Must have Drawings analysis skill
        - Must have Knowledge in logistics and SCM
        - Must have analysis skill on calculating production cost
        - Prefer experience in purchasing semiconductors/automotive parts
