• Providing technical and structural support to lean experts in both production locations
• Analysis and optimization of workflows and processes in the operational environment
• Identifying, evaluating and implementing improvements using lean methods to reduce waste and increase process capability and productivity
• Identification, implementation, management and support of optimization and cost improvement projects
• Implementation of lean workshops in production
• Implementing lean training according Busch Group standard in both production sides
• Support in linking the analog process landscape with digitalization concepts, in particular in the design of company-wide end-to-end processes
