Join a global industrial leader and take ownership of a strategic leadership role at the heart of our growth journey.

As Head of Product Management, you will define and drive the global product strategy, ensuring our portfolio remains competitive, profitable, and fully aligned with evolving market and customer needs.

You will lead an international team and play a key role in connecting market insights, engineering capabilities, and commercial execution.

Your Impact :

• Define and execute a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers across regions
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from innovation to phase-out
• Drive profitable growth through portfolio optimization and pricing strategy
• Analyze markets, competitors, and customer needs to shape future offerings
• Ensure data-driven decision-making across product strategy and prioritization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing
• Support successful product launches and long-term market positioning

Your Profile :

• Proven experience in product management leadership, ideally in industrial or technical environments
• Strong track record in portfolio management and commercial performance
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
• Solid technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineering teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-centric and results-driven approach
• Fluent in English (German and/or French are a plus)
