Busch Vacuum Solutions has an immediate direct hire opportunity open for a SAP MM Global Process Expert at our manufacturing plant in Virginia Beach, Virginia!
The SAP MM Global Process Expert is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and resolving all SAP-related issues inside EWM and PP modules. In this position, you will oversee Inventory Cycle Counting efforts and will lead and support general and Power BI reporting.

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as an in-house expert on all SAP related issues and projects.
- Maintain master data in SAP
- Manage user authorizations.
- Monitor SAP system errors and resolve them.
- Manage warehouse EW module, reconcile inconsistencies.
- Resolve errors in PP module production transactions.
- Create and maintain SAP, Power BI and offline Excel reports.
- Perform inventory cycle counting and reporting.
- Track and report on inventory accuracy.
- Oversee and support extended warehouse management and production planning modules in SAP.
- Lead improvement system related projects in SAP to optimize production planning and warehouse management.
- Responsible for data management, analyzing performance, and identifying problems, and developing recommendations that support logistics management.
- Liaising with internal customers and operations. Leads cross functional teams.
- Participates in meetings, conferences, seminars, training, and other technical programs to remain current in supply chain management policies, procedures, and technological developments in the industry as related to assigned function.
- Follow Global Sourcing and Busch Manufacturing processes and procedures regarding above responsibilities and aids in the development of internal process improvements
- Work independently or as a team, as necessary, to fulfill department and Busch goals and objectives.
- Assist with implementing and maintaining 5S and Lean activities to improve flow and reduce waste as directed by Management.
- Perform processes and procedures while maintaining measurable and productive output as defined by production goals.
- Must comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures while reporting all unsafe activities and concerns to the supervisor, safety officer, or human resources.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 2 years in supply chain or warehouse environment: Required
- Thorough understanding and practical application ability in Statistical Methods: Preferred
- Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
- Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school): Preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Required
- Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning): Preferred
- Experience with SAP: Preferred
- Certified Professional Project Management Professional (PMP), Supply Management (CPSM) certification or Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM): Preferred
- Valid Drivers’ License (must be maintained throughout employment that meets Busch insurance standards): Required

Job Requirements
- Ability and willingness to pass a 10-panel drug screen, 7-year criminal history check
- Most felonies are a disqualifier, misdemeanors are considered on a case-by-case basis
- Must be willing and able to utilize all required PPE
Physical Requirements
- Constant reaching outward, lifting/carrying/pushing pulling up to 25lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, sitting, lifting/carrying/pushing pulling up to 25lbs
- Occasional climbing, squatting, kneeling, reaching above the shoulder, and lifting/carrying/pushing pulling up to 50lbs
- All applicants must be able to hear and see audible and visual alarms and must be able to wear all required PPE, such as safety shoes, electrical hazards, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
