Composites Busch SA has a direct-hire opportunity for a MEDTECH Business Development Manager USA.
The Medtech Business Development Manager USA will support the Medical Business Unit (BU) Manager in managing and developing the business in collaboration with other departments, such as Technical, Quality, Purchasing, and Production. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships within the U.S. Medtech sector.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market studies and situational analysis to identify customer types, market needs, roadblocks, competition, pricing, and global position within specific Medtech segments in the U.S.
- Develop a mutually beneficial business partnership with each target focused on providing value-based solutions addressing their specific needs.
- Promote Composites Busch’s expertise and technical know-how to meet customer needs and objectives.
- Prepare and present business proposals to potential customers.
- Manage new customer accounts, including handling inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.
- Report on business development activities and results.
Required Experience:
- Master’s degree in engineering with strong knowledge of composite manufacturing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the U.S. Medtech sector
Skills:
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- High capacity to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to travel as required
Job Requirements
- Ability and willingness to pass a 10-panel drug screen, 7-year criminal history check
- Most felonies are a disqualifier, misdemeanors are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Must be willing and able to utilize all required PPE
- Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and manually manipulating
- All applicants must be able to hear and see audible and visual alarms and must be able to wear all required PPE, such as safety shoes, electrical hazards, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
