What You’ll Do 

• Oversee warehouse operations and ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of products.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service levels.
• Lead, train, and develop Warehouse Supervisors and teams to drive performance and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Optimize inventory management, ensuring accuracy and implementing best practices.
• Leverage SAP and other ERP systems to streamline warehouse and distribution operations.
• Foster a safety-first culture, ensuring adherence to workplace safety regulations.
• Implement Lean Six Sigma principles and automation to improve logistics processes.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and transportation carriers.
• Work closely with procurement, production, and internal stakeholders to align logistics with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Experience:
  • 7+ years in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management, with 4+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in modern logistics technology, warehouse automation, and inventory systems.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP or ERP systems.

• Certifications (Preferred):
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) – APICS
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher – ASQ or equivalent
• Certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD) – APICS
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience in safety compliance, logistics software, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics tools.
