The Role
The successful candidate will play an integral role in the provision of administrative and logistic support to the Service Department and its customers.
With a keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy, the ideal candidate should have a solutions mindset and work to contribute to the continued growth of the business
The main tasks for this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the planning team across all service sites
- Act as a central coordination point for the service planners and workshop team
- Provide support to technical employees to allow them to focus on service quality, delivery and improvement activities
- Loading of orders and receipting of parts
- Sales opportunity loading and management
- Order acknowledgement and part management
