The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, yo uwill be responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service to all customers who contact Busch UK. Working closely with our solutions team you will support our customers with effective and efficient information, whether that be on the phone or in written form by way or quotes for spare parts or general enquiries.

 

The main tasks for this role will include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Pro-actively handling all enquires received
  • Timely and accurate generation of quotations
  • Process and monitor customer orders whilst ensuring the customer is always kept up to date of the latest delivery dates
  • Where appropriate, dealing with complaints and if applicable, escalting these accordingly
