Busch Vacuum Solutions has a direct-hire opportunity Service Sales Manager a remote work opportunity.
The Service Sales Manager is responsible for the service sales within the assigned state. The position is also responsible for developing and delivering annual sales growth of Busch service products and capital equipment and systems solutions in compliance with the strategic plan.

Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell field service maintenance, repairs, pump repair services, and all available service products effectively.
- Promote and sell pumps, system solutions, and capital equipment
- Work closely with Regional Sales Manager to coordinate equipment and service leads in the Florida territory.
- Coordinate with Operational and Field Services to prepare quotes and secure orders.
- Identify opportunities with existing and potential new customers, and determine plans for marketing activities to promote extended sales coverage
- Maintain the existing customers base and build good relationships
- Liaise with the technical team to assist customers in finding a solution, the right recommendation, and solving the problem.
- Assist in forecasting Service Sales growth for upcoming years
- Meet Service Sales Targets
- Input and regularly update customer activity in CRM,
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree: Required, Field of Study: Mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation and Control Engineering Degree Preferred
- 10 + years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with industrial vacuum business or rotating equipment sales will be an asset.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, prior experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management): Preferred
- Certifications & Licenses: Must maintain a valid driver’s license throughout employment
Personal Qualifications
- 10+ years of proven experience in sales of rotating equipment pumps, vacuum pumps, blowers, and related systems.
- Relevant market experience and expertise related to the fine vacuum field.
- Strong understanding of vacuum industry markets, customers, products, dynamics, competition, and influential players will be an asset
- Analytical and financial justification knowledge and skills.
- Proven ability to influence others and execute a plan.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of technical/mechanical concepts and good mechanical aptitude
- Detail, safety and customer-oriented
- Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Good work values, ethics, and integrity, and the ability to influence your team to demonstrate the same
Job Requirements
- Ability and willingness to pass a 10-panel drug screen, 7-year criminal history check
- Most felonies are a disqualifier; misdemeanors are considered on a case-by-case basis
- Must be willing and able to utilize all required PPE
- Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and manually manipulating
- Occasional reaching above the shoulder or outward, and lifting/carrying/pushing pulling up to 20lbs
- All applicants must be able to hear and see audible and visual alarms and must be able to wear all required PPE, such as safety shoes, electrical hazards, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
