Job Description:

 

  • Meet annual unit and gross profit targets for the company by executing sales and marketing strategies within the specified region.
  • Analyze trends and results and ensure flow of information to the management
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing for areas within the specified region.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price in accordance with the targets given by the National Sales Manager.
  • Explore and develop new market segments for the company’s products and services within the specified region.
  • Relationship management with key customers in the region and with all customers in the directly serviced territory.
  • Continuously upgrade the professional and technical knowledge.

Desirable Skill Sets:

 

•              Mechanical/Chemical engineer with minimum 5 years of experience in sales

•              Experience from Vacuum/Process/Capex industry will be preferred

•              Excellent Communication skills – both written and verbal

•              Excellent Negotiation Skills

•              Critical & Logical Thinking

•              Strong Understanding of Business & Product

•              Passion for Sales & Results

•              Customer Relationship Management
