Desired Profile-

 

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in mechanical, electrical & chemical engineering with 4-7 Year Experience for Service Engineer
  • Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role & Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Preference can be for candidate from Vacuum Pump Industry.
  •  Excellent problem-solving skills.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  •  Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  •  Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.

 

Job Description: -

 

  • Perform routine maintenance on The Vacuum Pumps, Systems & equipment.
  •  Diagnose and repair all type of issue in the supplied machines.
  •  Implement effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
  •  Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
  •  Assist in the installation and setup of new supplied equipment and synchronization with the customer application.
  •  Provide training and support to clients on equipment operation and maintenance.
  •  Maintain detailed records of service activities and repairs.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
  •  Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  •  Prepare and submit service reports and documentation. Well versed with Microsoft, ERP, and other software
  • Help in Managing & provide feedback on inventory of spare parts and tools.
  •  Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  •  Respond to emergency service requests in a timely manner.
  •  Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  •  Provide feedback to product development teams based on client experiences.
  •  Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
