Receptionist

Vac-Tech, a Busch Vacuum company, is a leading re-manufacturer of vacuum pumps, for use in industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, food processing, metallurgy, biomedical, and material handling.

We have an immediate direct-hire opportunity open for a Receptionist in Phoenix, Arizona.

The Receptionist will provide exceptional customer and employee support by greeting site visitors and routing incoming calls, as well as completing administrative tasks and other office duties, as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support by answering incoming calls and greeting site visitors in an expedient and professional manner
• Responsible for site safety and security via site access at the front desk
• Provide visitor badges and provide appropriate notifications to employees with visitors
• Maintain customer service files, open and close work orders, and scan files, as needed
• Filing
• Update and distribute contact lists
• Sort and open or distribute incoming mail, faxes, etc
• Assist with administrative or clerical tasks
• Maintain a professional, clean, well-organized entry and front desk

Required Experience

• 1+ years of administrative, clerical, or reception experience: Required
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office: Required
• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required

Personal Qualifications

• Must be customer and detail-oriented
• Must possess strong written and oral English communication skills
• Must be organized and dependable
• Must be safety conscious

Job Requirements

• Ability and willingness to pass a 10-panel drug screen and a 7-year criminal history check
• Work Schedule: M-F 7 am to 330 pm

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, sitting, lifting/carrying/pushing pulling up to 10 lbs
• Occasional reaching outward and/or above the shoulder, and lifting/carrying/pushing pulling up to 20 lbs
• All applicants must be able to hear and see audible and visual alarms and must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment when visiting the shop floor
