As an Inhouse Consultant SAP CX you will be part of our global SAP CX Team, supporting, devel oping, and rolling out our global SAP CX template. As our new consultant your tasks will include:

▪ Deal with the latest technologies in SAP C/4HANA (Sales/Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, SAP CPQ, FSM)

▪ Practice-oriented knowledge enhancement within the area of C/4HANA

▪ Customizing and technical implementation of our global SAP CX (C/4HANA) template

▪ Project support during the rollouts of C/4HANA to our local entities within the Busch Group

▪ Responsibility and ensuring the proper SAP system flow in SAP CX (C4C, S/4, etc.)

▪ Collaboration with the external and internal team members (based in India, Germany & France)

▪ Ensuring the operative day-to-day business within the scope of 1st and 2nd level support

▪ Monitoring & analyzing the integration within the C/4HANA applications and especially to S/4HANA

▪ Being the inhouse expert for all relevant technical topics in SAP CX, including error analy sis and resolution for emerging issues.

 

Desired Profile:

▪ A degree in (business) informatics, computer science or another IT related education

▪ Minimum 3-7 years of experience with the SAP CX portfolio with a focus on Sales/Service Cloud (C4C)

▪ In depth knowledge of CRM business processes in SAP Sales and service cloud

▪ Experience in integration of the different C/4HANA applications to S/4HANA is an ad vantage.

▪ Excellent analytical skills and able to work independently.

▪ Service orientation and good communication skills

▪ Team player mentality & intercultural understanding

▪ Excellent English communication skills (working language is English) is a must.

▪ SAP Certification is a plus.
