Location: Liberec, Czech Republic • Full-time Reports to the Global Production Controlling Manager

 

Join a global leader in vacuum solutions with 8,000+ employees worldwide. We are looking for a Global Production Controller to support our international manufacturing network with strong controlling insights and drive performance across all production sites.

 

Your Role

  • Ensure financial transparency and performance tracking for global production sites
  • Analyze deviations, challenge results, and drive corrective actions
  • Develop & standardize operational KPIs and reporting structures
  • Lead global controlling processes: forecasting, budgeting, month‑end closing
  • Evaluate CAPEX projects, ROI, and financial business cases
  • Improve controlling systems, BI tools, and data quality
  • Act as the central partner for plant controllers worldwide

 

What You Bring

  • Several years’ experience in Controlling in an international manufacturing environment
  • Strong expertise in cost accounting, standard costing, forecasting & variance analysis
  • Excellent Excel/PowerPoint + solid SAP FI/CO & BI tools knowledge
  • Strong analytical, process-oriented, and business partnering skills
  • High integrity, proactivity, and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Fluent English + willingness to travel internationally
