Develop and execute sales strategies and plans for the assigned zone to achieve sales targets and maximize market penetration.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers and representatives to ensure high performance and target achievement.
Monitor sales activities, analyze performance data, and identify areas for improvement or corrective action.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales activities with business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth and expand the customer base.
Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the zone.
Provide guidance and support to the sales team in developing and delivering effective sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
Monitor and manage the sales budget for the zone, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management, highlighting performance metrics, market insights, and growth opportunities.
Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact sales operations within the zone.
