Accountable for On time delivery of Good quality Engineering packages to the project team
Responsible for developing the engineering team to international respected mechanical experts
Implementing processes to optimize the communication, planning and execution of the tasks
Accountable for compliance to international rules and regulations for safety of machines and pressure equipment
Provide monthly progress and business status reports/presentations to management.
Develop and implement trainings plan for you and the team to expand knowledge
Increase number of Group companies using the services and increase paid engineering hours for Global support
Coordinating with other countries, local and global system team, designers, and other team members to understand requirements and establish design goals.
Establishing service catalogue to help group companies outsource more requirement to the team.
Develop new services to support the Global Engineering team
Successfully implementation of Global standard Engineering work processes in Global PLM ( Teamcenter) and CAD (NX)
Successful transition from Solidworks CAD to NX / Teamcenter locally and globally

Successful implementation of Global CAD library for System parts and assemblies
