1. Performs preventive maintenance on the medical gas distribution network, such as high-pressure medical gas cylinders, medical air systems, medical vacuum systems, outlets and alarm panels to ensure an uninterrupted supply of medical gases to patients.

2. Diagnoses and replaces/repairs medical gas system components according to manufacturer's standards to ensure proper operation while putting patient's safety first;

3. Generates maintenance and deficiency reports on medical gas systems to comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., CSA Z7396, NFPA 55 and ASME B31.3);

4. Manages and updates hospital and clinical equipment records for each facility;

5. Identifies value-added opportunities in our service offering at visited customers;

6. Supports the sales team by providing technical expertise and sharing opportunities to win contracts;

7. Communicates effectively with customers and suppliers when necessary;

8. Other duties as assigned.
