Job Summary

This position is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the costs of a company's products or services. They use their knowledge of accounting principles, cost estimation techniques, and data analysis software to identify areas where costs can be reduced or efficiencies can be gained

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems.
• Analyze cost data and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports on cost variances and trends.
• Conduct audits of cost-related processes.
• Detail transaction issue raw material / Wos tracking to identifying problems operation early and resolve the issues.
• Working with WH, supply chain, ENG to kill Long aging inventory.
• Working with ENG team to check cost calculation, tracking BOM.
• Analyze PPV; operation variance, efficiency.
• Analyze OH/ labor cost into SAP system.
• Review cost before sending to sell team.
• Support & calculation data for the cost saving project to GM and management.
• Analyze variance cost (actual cost vs. standard cost in SAP system) and follow up variance.
• Sales report and analysis GP % by product group to GM and Finance head.
• Scrap reports and analysis Yield to GM.
• Monitoring and reconciliation periodic of product produced movement for finance report (stock on hand, revaluation, waste...).
• Reconciliation monthly product produced movement for finance report (INV, revaluation, waste...Actual BOM change vs Std BOM.
• Support to calculate cost for budget/ forecast data (material consumption/ PPV.
• Other tasks assigned by accounting manager and Finance head.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cost accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficient in data analysis software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills (Excel) and analytical skills.
• Good English communication skill.
• Experience in SAP (S/4 Hana) systems.
