The position is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities. Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery. Assists in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives. Achieves personal sales goals.

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing for areas within the specified region
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price in accordance with the targets given by the National Sales Manager
  • Explore and develop new market segments for the company’s products and services within the specified region
  • Relationship management with key customers in the region and with all customers in the directly serviced territory
  • Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management
  • Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness
  • Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers
  • Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects

 

Required Competency:

  • Experience in customer support and customer relationship
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Strong Understanding of Business, Product and Market
  • Passion for Sales & Results
