Your Role
- Ensure financial transparency and performance tracking for global production sites
- Analyze deviations, challenge results, and drive corrective actions
- Develop & standardize operational KPIs and reporting structures
- Lead global controlling processes: forecasting, budgeting, month‑end closing
- Evaluate CAPEX projects, ROI, and financial business cases
- Improve controlling systems, BI tools, and data quality
- Act as the central partner for plant controllers worldwide
What You Bring
- Several years’ experience in Controlling in an international manufacturing environment
- Strong expertise in cost accounting, standard costing, forecasting & variance analysis
- Ability to translate operational KPIs into financials impacts
- Excellent Excel/PowerPoint + solid SAP FI/CO & BI tools knowledge
- Strong analytical, process-oriented, and business partnering skills
- High integrity, proactivity, and ability to influence stakeholders
- Fluent English + willingness to travel internationally
